    Your spec is fine. Looks like a workmanship issue to me. I’ve paved millions of sq ft of parking lots and playgrounds. They could successfully do a spot repair with skilled labor.

    I doubt you're an outlier. My first service it sat on the lot for 4 weeks until they even looked at it ( battery had to be recharged twice,lol). Loaners in LA have been great. Vans, Silverado EV, Model 3 or Y, and a brand new Suburban (ouch at $6 per gallon).

    My guide always emails back to me 2 to 4 days later. I just figured that was the normal response time. Doesn’t really matter how urgent the question is. I only call in now with good success.

    I’ve had most of those issues and more. After several service center visits, they have all been repaired. For me, it’s just a grin and bear it at this point as it is a great performing vehicle.

    And you’re a few miles from the service center. LOL. Just hope when you do drop it off it doesn’t take 4 weeks before they look at it ( like me). Just be sure to get the best loaner you can ( they were very good about that) even though Enterprise is offsite and took about 45 minutes.
