Yeah you can just jam the pads back in I would think worse case. It somewhat annoys me they don't provide a way to disable it in software. But really you can be prepared and read before hitting the button. Not sure if you can hit it again before the timer runs out.

You can use neutral but that is a 15 min timer. But honestly should be enough time...

Yup I do my brakes every tire change. Remove pins clear and grease them. Antisieze on the front pins too

Rivian Tech told me the official statement from Rivian is that there is no maintenance required on the brakes. But said between us... Try need to be serviced yearly at minimum.

Doesn't mean they are actually delivered yet. When I bought mine from the shop out of Toronto it was shipped after I ordered about a week later.
