My charger just showed up! I didn’t get a shipping notice. Wonder if our trucks are travelling companions.

I'm in the home stretch (truck should be here in 4-6 weeks), and I was told they'd be shipping the charger any day now so I have it before the truck gets here. But it was after the confirmation of the build and the 8 steps opened.

That’s funny. It was always the opposite road tripping cross Canada. You went through the US if you wanted faster highways and cheaper gas.

Just a heads-up for those few it might apply to (Canada specific, no idea about USA) - Rivian currently only provides financing to individuals, not businesses. So plan ahead :)

FWIW, if you got your 8 steps it looks like you're a lot closer than May/June. More like 4-6 weeks out if guide info is accurate... They've really amped it up now. I have the same window as you, but was told it's 4-6 weeks out earlier this week and just got my 8 steps a few days ago.

I'm still 1-2 months from delivery, but if those are the options I'll likely do a wire. It'll be coming from a business account, so I can do the wire from the comfort of my desk without having to drive to the bank and then downtown. You should ask if you can do 34 consecutive e-transfers :)
