Matthew is 6'2" and finds it quite comfortable to use. We typically camp with our truck in High or Highest since that makes for a better leveling experience. Depending on the terrain, sometimes the kitchen is too high for him and we lower the truck accordingly.

I'm sorry you didn't have a good experience. I will say, all of the forums have moved to Haylo off of WhatsApp and I see a lot of lively conversations on there. Our local club runs lots of events and is generally a really fun community.
