lol fair enough. I only ask because I saw a pic of the prototypes which looked like they were in pretty bad shape with rust, but the claim was they were rattle can painted.

In my case I expect to use the sliders more as a step and a safety-net than for the actual sliding, so I don't expect them to get scratched up much. How does one tell how thick the powder coating is?

Does anyone know what kind of warranty is offered on these? Is there a n-year no-rust warranty at least?
