I was just off grid this weekend in the white mountains, the search functionality didn't work so I had to zoom into the map and drop a location pin to get it to manually route. If you know the address before hand that would work too.

Their marketing budget went into putting all of the Rivian Logos on the truck

10k on a 100k truck would go down a lot easier than 10k on a Nissan leaf. Especially since it's one of the few wear items

I leave them on the bed. When putting them on the glass roof by myself, I'm paranoid I'll crack the glass. They can also collapse enough to be stored in the frunk.

The Rivian pedal has a pretty long throw compared to other EVs so it is easier to modulate the throttle keep it cruising. I'd suggest test driving the Rivian first before canceling.

Do you guys think a yellow vinyl overlay would work over the logo area?

I get a lot of compliments on the smurf blue. It's been 3 months and I still have people coming up to me to talk about the truck. Every single time. The lighter colors will probably less susceptible to fading.

I got the Yakima high road but my mtb with 29" wheels barely fit. The front wheels rub against the spoiler and will only fit when mounted on the edge.

It would be better if some of that air went into the Frunk. The frunk can get pretty hot from the batteries/motors.

Anybody hear anything from the MA Mor-EV truck people yet? It's been about 6 weeks for me and my application is still processing.

It won't let you shift to Reverse at high speed but you can shift directly into reverse at low speeds without the brake pedal. IMO it should require you to depress the brake pedal to shift into Reverse.
