Yall got me curious, and confirmed they don’t know what they’re doing with the adhesive they used some kind of foam that won’t hold the panels together at all. I’ll be redoing the adhesive between the skin and the support structure that won’t stop the entire hood from raising in the wind but...
On my 2016 tacoma the hood seperated from the structural component because the glue failed.
I bought 2 part panel bond and fixed it myself after 3 failed attempts at the toyota dealership. I have thought about this for the Rivian but I haven't taken the hood cover off to inspect (it was...
got my r1T september 2022 it took them 5 attempts to get the alignment right (Dallas service center) I think back then they were woefully undertrained on how to do it properly.
I'm now at 33k miles and need another alignment, truck drives straight but wheel's off to the left / hold the wheel...

I'm in Texas, already went through this, long story short, I found a company recommended by another Rivian owner to supply an appraisal, it was a complete sham of an appraisal, and thusly the insurance company did not budge off their intial $2000 offer (my damage was very minor $4500 in repairs)...
This is very interesting, my Costco was the only location who could properly balance by tires on my previous truck. It was just a Tacoma stock wheels and tires, discount tire and Toyota themselves couldn’t fix the whole truck shaking, I took it to my Costco and it drove smooth as glass after...
My local Costco said they have the 115 and 116 but couldn’t install the 115 unless my truck had 115 or the sticker said 115 was ok (mine has pirelli 116’s on it).
Did your Costco not care about the 115 or did your truck somehow confirm 115 was ok? I’d love to pay $300 a tire for 115 instead...
Getting 200mbps doesn’t in and of itself reflect signal strength it’s just how much bandwidth the device can push, signal strength (or loss) is measured in db
if you pay for a 200mb package and get 200mb on your phone in the garage I would agree it’s strong, but if you’re paying for 1gb and...
I’ve had a buggy sensor for a while, they replaced it as they found a chip in one of them but because it was damaged I had to pay for it. It went buggy again a month later, turns out it was the module failing. That was replaced under warranty. Did the chipped sensor actually cause the...
it is but.....it's the lights, if you switched to non-led dimmable, they wouldn't flicker, it's the frequency of the light transmission it's not always on, it's on/ off on/off thousands of times a second, so when you change the dimming, on a LOT of LED's the flicker
