Plus one for this. I had static at one point from those speakers. It was much worse with spatial audio turned on. I forget it it was an infotainment reset or a hard reset, but one of those fixed it and hasn’t been back.

UPDATE: Rivian service center just called me to let me know they found an internal failure of the left rear brake caliper. New part ordered, should be delivered Thursday.

Hmm, didn’t know that. I was only in sport because I was showing a friend the acceleration a little earlier and forgot to put it back in all purpose. If that really is an issue then shouldn’t the truck not let you go that low with those tires?

It was a completely flat road. I believe there is some brake applied when stopped even if the brake pedal is not depressed, but I’m not sure which brakes it uses. I’m going to guess it uses the parking brake since I hadn’t used the brake pedal near the time of the incident.

Apparently my R1T was in Oregon as of Monday 4/17 so I got my hopes up, but today my guide said it has still not arrived at the service center, maybe next week. I guess it’s just sitting in a train yard somewhere in Portland?

My reservation was in August 2022. I was invited to configure on March 13. I got assigned a guide, invited to the shop, and locked my configuration all on March 14.
