Another option - I have proximity active on the fob, but not on the phone. Always take the fob with me, phone stays in the truck often. Locks/unlocks with proximity or fob buttons just fine.

Hmm, my two cents - I'd say no, from the big picture they shouldn't cover it. It's a slippery slope if you extend the logic to more extreme cases and there are decisions that need to be made about what items are covered in what situations or not. Can get complicated quickly!

I had this problem approx a year ago. The driver in the truck also couldn’t get away from it - couldn’t even pause it or switch to FM, it kept starting Spotify again. Happened a few times but then the problem went away and never came back

Re: alarm - if you put it in camp courtesy mode when you park, it won’t set off the alarm. I have to do this on the ferry.
