    People complain about EVERYTHING on the Tesla forums. If it happened we would KNOW. There are millions of these cars and they've been on the road for 13 years.

    There are millions of Tesla's on the road. This has NEVER been an issue.

    Yes but lightning and usb c are very similar in size and functionality. To truly compare it to phone terms a Tesla connector is a lightning and CSS is a parallel port.

    The NACS is MUCH smaller and the plug n charge capability is amazing.

    I agree 1000% with this. Tesla should sell an adapter as well.

    No stalks is deal breaker for me. My wife would hate it. Happy wife happy life .... Honestly I'd find it pretty annoying too. Now they seem to be being weird for weird sake. My Dad wants a lightning. I warned him about public charging. Now this no longer applies and I forwarded the news to him...

    The NACS Tesla plug is obviously what the standard should be. Rivian should offer it. Heck I see no reason why there can't be BOTH connections on the car until it's all sorted out. Rivian should definitely take Tesla up on this deal and build the RAN network with NACS plugs too.

    Unrelated but when my wife drives my leaf and I'm on a phone call in the house the call goes to the car. ?‍♂️So some of this is just a general issue with all Bluetooth possibly.
