How long to you have to drive in highest at the 20mph first before switching to the lowest?

I used to have a huge difference between ride feel settings, now barely any difference. Service says a damper needs to be replaced.

After the 2024.27.01 update, I can still confirm no difference between soft and firm. Wondering how this can be possible... Hopefully service can figure it out.

With my 21s on all purpose / standard / soft, I would glide over bumps and potholes when mine was working. A little bit of roll on curves though. But for the past 3 weeks it’s been pretty stiff and harsh over bumps regardless of the setting.
