I just put the Goodyear tires on my quad motor and they are super smooth and quiet. I considered the Michelin Defender platinums because I like the off-road look but they were heavy. You do feel the bumps a bit more because the Goodyear has a slightly smaller sidewall. Evidently, thereās also...

Yea sea level to about 1400ft but also a small gap pass (Roxbury VT) and descent. But going VT to MA is only about 15 miles of range added.
However, we have friends with a gen 2 dual max R1S with 22ā Hakkas who do the same trip and say they can leave with 80% and arrive with more than 10%...
Iāve been doing 186 miles in a quad R1S with Nokian Hakka LT3s from MA to VT every weekend, charging to 100% and arriving pretty consistent with around 35 miles of range. Temps have been cold though, under 20F the whole way and close to 0 at times.
Interesting observation my tires were wearing evenly until I had Rivianās mobile service do a rotation and then 4000 miles later the tires were unevenly worn and shot. Went to Sullivan tire for an alignment and they said it was way off. Can a rotation mess up the alignment?
Been enjoying it for 2 years but when it says Iāll arrive in AP with 15 miles and I switch over to Conserve and it says Iāll arrive with 2, something isnāt working correctly and it could make for unneeded charging stops.
