Super cool, but I wish that they would make the front screen able to play videos from my phone. That would be awesome.

I could never figure it out. My wife’s phone is set as a key, but it uses my name. No way to save her seat position, and it only shows my name as a driver. I’ll just wait until they make it easier!

It happened to me today! Totally crazy. I think I figured it out, but I’m not totally sure.

She has the basic, so it’s fast but not crazy quick. No issues with either car; the Porsche is super solid. Drives very smoothly.

I have the Rivian R1S and my wife has the Taycan. Both totally different use cases.

If the drive isn’t compatible - and many are not - it won’t work no matter what. I think I bought the Samsung adventure drive.

Not what I meant. I have one. But no place to secure the cable lock on a hidden area like trunk or frunk.

I did it, and love it. All windows and the windshield (but not the sunroof). Same place I went in my area for all my past vehicles. Definitely do it.

My Rivian is going to be located in Maine, so this would make a lot of sense.

You could, but I’m not sure that’s super safe if a kid got into your car or something else and took it. Also, in some areas you can’t have it in the glove compartment. It Hass to be in the trunk area, which is why I was trying to see if there was something for a cable lock.

They told me to reset the system (do a software reset) and then it worked.

Thanks so much! Obviously, I’m gonna get the other adapter to use at supercharger locations, but I just wanted to be sure. Thanks.

Just to confirm, we can still use the regular adapter to charge with a Tesla charger, just not at a supercharging facility, correct? We can still use the old adapter that we have, we just can’t expect it’s a supercharge, correct?

Don’t forget that you have to go into the app or on the screen and uncheck hide chargers that need an adapter. Once you toggle that switch, they’ll show up.

that’s what they told me at Rivian when I picked up my vehicle. I’m just telling you what I was told.

I I was told when I bought the vehicle that there was no lock on it, and you had to pull firmly and at the correct angle. It’s been stuck a couple times, and I just pulled hard and it came out.

Finally! Somebody with a great idea :-) I’ll definitely take a look in that part of the wheel well, since I don’t have a spare tire. Definitely not something I would ever use.
