I very often receive calls from numbers not in my contact. I unfortunately do not have a photographic memory, typically the Rivian UI is useless for recent numbers unless it's had ample time to "boot up". So I have to use my phone to retrieve my call log to return these calls.

Not at all, I don't even have an iPhone and am all for Rivian keeping their software in-house and integrated; it just needs to work esp something basic like calls.

My call quality seems ok but I agree with you, initiating calls is def a sub-par experience and in call options are limited.

It's typically laggy for me, especially shortly after boot up; takes ages to pull up contacts and even recents. I simply have to use my phone to make calls (accepting is fine...)

Same thing happened to me, I went into the vehicles garage settings and toggled the show garage location button on/off. It is now working again, no reset required.

Every update gives me false hope that it's been improved.

Continues to be useless..... Still loving my truck though!

42k miles here, no service yet....

I might be interested in grabbing 1 for a spare, let me figure out if mismatching wheel/tire sizes in a pinch would be problematic (have 20" wheels)

Very close to pulling the trigger on the KO3's, limping w/the Scorpions at 41k miles ? It's basically between the KO3's and the Bridgestone Dueler Ascent A/T; looking forward to your initial update.

Same issue since the update. Info reset resolves it for a couple days.... Frustrating but I expect it to be corrected in the next software update.

I have the same issue, it has only worsened over time to now it drives me crazy! I have to always have the radio on to drown it out, put in a ticket but earliest appt is mid September.... I'm up for temporary solutions until then.
