Not to sound too preachy, but you should treat your leased car like it’s your own property. Treating stuff and other people with respect isn’t hard; it’s just the right thing to do. Besides, if you treat it like it’s yours, or belongs to a friend who’s loaned it to you, you never have to ask...
Believe it or not, automobiles were touted in the early 20th century as a solution to all the animal feces in the city streets, I.e., pollution.
can you imagine what NYC or LA would be like, with millions of horses, today?
Totally agree. I’ve been telling EV skeptic friends who believe that “ there’s just not enough electricity being produced to charge all these EVs”, that the real money like ICE vehicles isn’t in the actual cars, it’s in the energy to propel them. In 1915, there weren’t a helluva lot of gas...
Ok, I’ve stumbled across the answer via godfodder’s suggestion. I assumed he meant different EMAIL accounts, when he meant Rivian accounts. So, I simply logged onto MY Rivian account and was able to separate our iPhones from her account. Problem solved. Weird though, how that wasn’t an issue...
We have different email accounts. Is that not sufficient? Our previous iPhones worked just fine, assigning them correctly. Now, both phones are in her account and I can only move keycards or the fob to my account, but not my iPhone.
Grrrrrrrrrrrr
My wife and I recently got new IPhones and for some strange reason, both phones, both key cards and the fob are all assigned to her. I’m having trouble moving my key card and IPhone key over to my identity. Any suggestions?
I tried that initially, but it didn’t work. I deleted and re-installed my garage and that didn’t work. Then, I tried re-toggling the option and for some strange reason, it works. Weird, but hey, it works again.
Bingo. My thoughts exactly. If someone doesn’t have an offered solution or general thoughts about the glitch I was experiencing, then why interject a nasty, scolding comment and then, get his or her feelings hurt when they get mildly clapped back at.
Ok, you did, in fact, call me lazy and you inferred that I was stupid.
I appreciate the help I’ve gotten from this forum, but because I couldn’t find a previous thread on the subject doesn’t mean I didn’t look, or that I’m stupid or lazy. Frankly, unless you’re the site administrator , I find it...
in your vast experience, has calling people stupid and lazy been helpful?
And no, it’s not about my ego; it’s about a software glitch I’m trying to repair and your lack of manners.
So, according to you, I’m stupid AND lazy. I’m struggling to see how this is any of your business, other than what I’m sure is just ANOTHER opportunity for you to be a colossal douche. Your advice and criticism is worth exactly what I paid for it.
Now, be gone, troll.
After the new update, has anyone else lost the right thumb control of their garage door opener? I can still open the garage via the Home icon, but the previous ability to open or close the garage door via the right thumb button is gone. Any thoughts?
BINGO.
I spent 2 1/2 years waiting for my R1S, along with a princely sum of money. I’m not cooking in my car. I’ll drive to a nice restaurant, thank you.
