Dude, I waited for 2 1/2 YEARS for my R1S. And yeah, it was worth the wait.
If you think it might help, we can all share a moment of silence for your struggle.
I can’t help wondering if the horse and buggy purists were such dickheads with the advent of horseless carriages. It’s one thing to be a Luddite, it’s another to be a colossal asshole about it.
Hey all, exactly HOW do I use a Tesla Supercharger with my new adapter? Do I need to establish a Tesla account to pay for the charging? Is there a way to pay for each session via my Rivian account? How does this work from A to Z?
I stand corrected. There really are more gullible, tasteless people in the world than I thought. I would’ve thought that Toyota, Hyundai or Honda would sell far more.
To be fair, besides the challenges of a too-small charging network, Tesla stock is on shaky ground because Elon Musk is a loon and has decided to alienate more than half of the population via his X platform ugliness and his public politics.
“Blended regen”? I’ve always assumed that I was using nothing but regen and saving my brakes. Is this not the case? I’ve kept my setting for regen on high.
I agree. This seems to have been the case for me as well. If it happens again, I’ll just yank the speaker out permanently. I wasn’t really impressed with the sound quality anyway. We have several Bose kettle speakers for the purpose that the camp speaker is supposed to serve.
As it happens, it appears to have been the camp speaker. Once I removed it to charge indoors, the chiming stopped. I’m really surprised that the speaker doesn’t charge in its cradle in the vehicle.
Oh well, alls well that ends well. Thanks for the input.
I’ve charged the camp speaker and the R1S. The chiming is gone, but I’m left to wonder which was the solution; the camp speaker, or just putting Vivian the Rivian to sleep?
Thank you all very much.
