  1. LOL ? Kirkland WA Service Center

You’re a forum bully here but whatever. It’s important to you to get a nasty word in on every single thread anyone posts and I guess you need it to fill time and feel self esteem. Strange choice. So be it. If that’s what you need then that’s what you need. Best of luck with that strategy.
  2. LOL ? Kirkland WA Service Center

Codogman was a dick first with his hipster comment and that’s all I’ll say about that.
  3. LOL ? Kirkland WA Service Center

I did acknowledge it’s something they need to work on for the future. But you had to start snarking at me in an insulting way like you always do to everyone and now you of all people call something childish. That’s rich. There are a certain group of people here who are hyper sensitive to any...
  4. LOL ? Kirkland WA Service Center

The east should get service centers too. Everywhere should get them. It’s not a rap battle between east and west coasts.
  5. LOL ? Kirkland WA Service Center

Very fair points. An hour sitting on a stool about two feet from the service center manager, who was super nice by the way. But it was silly. If you know where this is it’s a strange place. I get that it’s hard but they chose direct to consumer sales and so this is a foreseeable area of focus...
  6. LOL ? Kirkland WA Service Center

They can do better. We can expect better. It’s okay to have standards.
  7. LOL ? Kirkland WA Service Center

I’m very shocked that you would praise Rivian since it’s not like you literally defend them for everything like a puppy. It’s okay not to simp for them. You can have an identity outside of Rivian reply guy.
  8. LOL ? Kirkland WA Service Center

Dude the waiting room is two chairs next to a candy machine! Give me a break that I’m being so unfairly tough on them.
  9. LOL ? Kirkland WA Service Center

Thought you’d all get a kick out of this the soft opening of the new Kirkland WA service center. I half expected Ron Burgundy and his news crew to come around the corner for a fight. Service Centers are where Rivian is really completely out of its depth. The whole thing from appointments to...
  10. Rear Wiper Blade Service

Sorry that happened. Yeah what the tech did was hold it in the center at his midsection and rapidly pushed with right hand holding the replaceable arm side and pull with the left hand holding the fixed arm. He made a swift snap motion and it was off. Just a wild and bizarre thing they’ve come...
  11. Rear Wiper Blade Service

If it works for you great but this is how we handled it at the service shop. So not trying to argue with anyone about it. Jerk is all in the eye of the beholder. His point was a very firm pull to free the replaceable arm from the blade holder. So it's not a scientific term.
  12. Rear Wiper Blade Service

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR REAR WIPER BLADE FROM MY RIVIAN SERVICE VISIT ON FEB 9: 1. Remove the cap at the base of the wiper arm. This is a plastic fastener so just squueze and pull it off but be gentle not to break it. This will expose the locking nut. 2. Remove the locking not and unscrew it from...
  13. Rear Wiper Blade Service

I have a Feb 9 appointment so I will report back on how it was solved and if needed give everyone instructions if you subscribe to this thread on how to do it.
  14. Rear Wiper Blade Service

Yes a lot of blades work I have Bosch on the front those were easy to replace with no issue. The rear wiper assembly is blocking my ability to lift the arm - can you possibly send a photo of your arm lifted into the air? This thread has been trying to figure out if my assembly arm is defective...
  15. Rear Wiper Blade Service

Ooo this is big! Yay! My appointment is in a couple of week so I will report back on installation process and whether this was a defect just in case people need to be on the lookout for an issue!
  16. Problems keep piling up. I'm starting to smell a lemon

You could have finished the trade in for your Toyota in the time it took to write this novel.
