This is something they could easily replace using their mobile service, if they can train and hire more techs. Because who wants to take it in to a SC only for them to take four weeks, three of which the vehicle is sitting idle in their parking lot.

This is typical of most service centers. You have get loud. Once you do, things start moving quickly. Unfortunately, as they say, the squeakiest wheel gets the grease. Sad it is this way right now, but if you sit and wait, they will keep you waiting.

I love my R1S. I would not get a second gen yet. A first gen used is an option. But you seriously have to consider whether or not you would be okay driving five hours to a service center. At some point, sooner or later, like all cars, you will have to take it for service.

Camp speaker is a POS for the most part. It works fine for me if I use it at home plugged into the outlet. But even then, it can take several attempts to connect Bluetooth. This was a great idea, but it was poorly executed. I think they should either fix the issues, or abandon it.
