Couple of weeks ago, my parking sensors went out. Today, my drivers side window only goes up 1/3rd. Window recalibration didn’t work, vehicle reset didn’t work. Rivian service has me sleeping the truck for 30min. Anyone had a similar issue? I’m wondering if I have a hardware issue and the...
Say my truck is parked overnight at 0F. I’m returning to the truck in the morning…should I wake up the truck before i arrive to warm the battery? If so, 10 minutes prior?, 30min?
Any battery temp info available?
The issue I have with any/all this…the regen limit should never be moving all over the place…it’s dangerous…you don’t know how much regen to expect on deceleration. I’ve had all the reasons for reduced regen…battery SOC, battery cold, excessive regen usage, etc. in all cases i get a warning...
I live high altitude and have had this truck 90F to 10F. What you’re seeing isn’t normal. If it’s from the battery’s state of charge the hatched regen limit line goes away very gradual as you deplete the charge…it doesn’t spike the lower limit all over the arc. At 73% SOC, you shouldn’t see...
From my experience, if the regen is reduced due to a cold battery - you’ll see a snowflake on the regen arc. What is in the video, is what I experience after using the regen on a long downhill.
the left side graph shows a spike in regen…but my truck tops out that graph for 5 minutes before I...
First long road trip - received this front camera error while using driver +, lane assist. Interestingly, it only occurred in the dark…and seemingly only when following a semi truck with trailer.
anyone else see this?
I’ve seen this routinely on local steep descents. My guess is that it’s a heat issue. I’m highly confident it has nothing to do with the battery’s charge level as I’ve had it at 30 to 70%.
I was envisioning a mechanism that did the stacking…with the panels attached to each other. A rolling cover, like a retrax, would be great…but the storage space is too small.
Why don’t they design and offer a manual stacking version? That allows the same storage area…makes repairs much easier. I have to think that’s achievable.
I live in a wintery environment…and I wish I didn’t have a powered cover. It’s doomed for failure with any ice/snow on it. Heck, it’s doomed to fail with dirt on it. My plan is to keep it closed all winter. You want/ordered a power cover…i get your frustration…just throwing this out there as...
I can’t tell if that’s the linkage…or what I believed to be the linkage. Mine wasn’t adjustable. I remember it attaching to the control arm and the sensor. The sensor had two tabs that fit onto the frame.
