I am happy to see that the Rivian will connect to WiFi for updates (From email: Updates are best delivered through WiFi but can also be performed over a cellular network.). It will also make controlling the car remotely even faster.

According to a user on the Photos thread, he said CS emailed him saying the width was always 82 and the site was wrong. Speculation is that 79 is the width WITHOUT mirrors and with folded in mirrors its actually 82. Now its pretty much matched in specs to the Escalade.

Those work well for simple colors like black, white or gray, but for the unique colors it’s so hard to tell how it would look on a large vehicle. However, at this point, I’ll take anything.

This was my original configuration, but I switched it to Rivian Blue... Wish I could see more real photos of the blue because I'm about to switch back.

That's a DSLR with an extended wooden handle on it.

Yeah, that's how the Rivian will be from what I've seen. The closest to it now is the Model S or Evoque which have the full handle slide out. One good thing about handles that tuck away is no worries about spiders in your door handle...

That's great! Electric car's biggest issue is charging. There are chargers everywhere, but the majority are awful or painfully slow. The high-wattage ones rarely work or don't put out anywhere near what they promise to. It also doesn't help when manufacturers make their own networks like Tesla...

I am very excited for the future of Jaguar as they make more models electric. Probably the route I'll go in the future unless I refuse to ever leave the pickup truck game after the Rivian.
