I am honestly considering the Hummer over the Rivian because it has CarPlay. I am waiting on Rivian to show some video of the UI and all it does, but I find it absurd to implement apps on their own. If they have 5 apps that means 5 apps to keep updated and god forbid the app updates its API...
A typical car company will start building your configuration up to 2+ months before delivery. Therefore they have 2 months to give us info. They really better start talking soon or people will start getting annoyed more than they already are.
There's a video of someone showing off that Alexa can change the car into dark mode so I would hope it can be used for things like temperature. Plus, BMW and Mercedes have keywords like, "I'm cold" and it turns up the temp.
With that said, I am very worried about how Amazon-ed the car is going...
