That looks pretty good! Like a mix between the 22" darks and the default staple ATs. I usually prefer dark rims but didn't like the glossy nature of the Rivian ones. Wish they were matte like the Tesla turbine style.

My experience with his work:

I went with this option and a Lisen magsafe. Raises it higher to clear the steering wheel. Also used a ODBII port adapter to supply power. https://opensourceev.com/products/phone-ball-mount-evo
For my bodywork, Costa Mesa SC sent it to Kaizen, not as far as your outfit. Work was passable. Clear coat ended up trapping dirt. And yes, they drove it back and forth to that collision center. Evidenced by the increased mileage and dirty seats. Ultimately I was fine with it. But for your...
Similar issue, I hate that the charge door won't open when the car is asleep. Unless you guys have a hack or my touch sensitive notched button isn't working correctly.
I always have to open up my door physically to wake the car up or vent my windows on the mobile app. And then it basically...
Same. I turn everything off and remove all garbage. Guess what I get into when my wife parks the car? Everything still on, garbage everywhere... but in her defense she's got other stuff to worry about whereas I'm just OCD about vehicles in general. I also typically close the app or disable...
Agreed w/ the Bronco Sport vibes... I assume they'll pull from that demographic. But if they went through the trouble to make the doors removable, must mean it has some offroad chops? If that's the case, maybe they are getting ahead of the 2026 Toyota Compact Cruiser EV?
Agreed, I hate that the whole car wakes up when I just need to grab something. But not worried about the car, hardwired a dashcam and the first one already failed on me, so the less power cycles on this replacement, the better. Wish they waited until the drivers seat is occupied.
@kanundrum if you tape the contacts for the replacement drawer, I think it'll prevent locking? So you can open it while car is in drive.
Also for Spotify, I think I'll probably create a dedicated account for the Rivian as soon as my Apple Music trial ends. Still want podcasts and don't see the...
Like all emblems, if you get impatient, you'll break pieces off. Need a hair dryer / heatgun to loosen, then possibly floss to remove. The emblems also have two plastic notches that go into the body. If you look at the photos here, you'll see the holes where the emblem matches go, that's where...
Given how horizontal all elements are on the rear, might feel weird with a single emblem in the middle. It'll be relatively small too given the height available. Potentially why Tesla moved to the wordmark vs. the icon on their rear as well?
Okay that makes sense if it's the fender.
Costa Mesa gets a bad rap. And for some, I assume it's justified. But I've always had a great experience with them. Just keep in mind... the SC isn't the source of whatever problems you are experiencing. The factory was. And the SC's job is to address...
Yeah it's hotter. It's sealed pretty nicely so any heat venting in through electronics below don't have any place to escape. I've stopped putting groceries etc. in there and keep it in the trunk now so that the cabin air keeps them cool.
Oh boy. I've been to that service center four times for minor things and they never asked me to touch my running boards. I'm wondering if the AC issue requires it? I assumed everything would've been front axle forward for AC?
