@DJFrerichs You settled on a Gen2? Have a Gen1 Quad with 36k that I'll be selling in the spring that I can let go of now. Warranty good until May 2027 and has 22 brights. Live in the Sheboygan area.

In no position to argue but repeating what was stated by the employee at the service center during my last warranty service visit.

Well....the parts should have a 2-year warranty but the labor won't.

Any news on the proposed Appleton service center? Last I read in July was construction was to start this month (September) and be ready by July 2026.

I ran the the stock 20's in winter in Madison for ~3 seasons and swap to the 22" sports in winter. My first winter in Sheboygan and I'm expecting to do the same this year. Having a 2nd set of wheels is a nice to have option.

UPDATE: Mobile Service Technician stopped by yesterday to look at this and another issue and found something interesting. Evidently my key fob is so out of date software-wise that the car considers that a "System installed with errors" problem and won't let the tire swap happen. Key can't be...

Seeing same issue. Submitted a ticket via phone app. Glad a small patch seems to resolve it.

Be patient and a set may turn up closer than you think. This time last year a set popped up and I had to run to St Louis. Keep an eye on C-List as well. Sets will pop up from Minneapolis, Chicago, downstate IL, Mi from time to time.
