For the first one, perhaps toggling on the memory option within the mobile app, will remember to add punctuation?
Within the mobile app on the main page click your initials on the floating menu at bottom right corner. Rivian Intelligence where you will find the option to enable Memory.

Ok so you can see āRivian Audioā now?
The two I have look like this. Iām assuming I can remove the first one lacking Phone favorites and Phone recents. What does yours look like?
When I saw your post, I said to myself, I know I saw āRivian audioā on my iPhone beneath Bluetooth. So I went there to check and there are two listed. :facepalm:
Thatās what I was thinking, but Rivian should make it known that it exists. It probably does show up somewhere during the set up process and we all just overlooked it.
Within the mobile app, thereās a setting for Rivian assistant called Memory. This appeared disabled for me and I assume is the default. Perhaps you should enable this if not already.
