For the first one, perhaps toggling on the memory option within the mobile app, will remember to add punctuation? Within the mobile app on the main page click your initials on the floating menu at bottom right corner. Rivian Intelligence where you will find the option to enable Memory.

Ok so you can see ‘Rivian Audio’ now? The two I have look like this. I’m assuming I can remove the first one lacking Phone favorites and Phone recents. What does yours look like?

When I saw your post, I said to myself, I know I saw ‘Rivian audio’ on my iPhone beneath Bluetooth. So I went there to check and there are two listed. :facepalm:

That’s what I was thinking, but Rivian should make it known that it exists. It probably does show up somewhere during the set up process and we all just overlooked it.

Does this appear during the setup process? For such an important feature I think it should.

I haven’t used Grok yet in my wife’s Tesla, but from what I understand it’s a separate app launched via steering wheel button.

Within the mobile app, scroll down to security and access, vehicle security and toggle off lock profile.

I told it to cancel and it worked. It’s not consistent though.
