The audio is staying on in this release for many even when the sound is off. Need to lock doors, unlock, open, close, lock again. Maybe happening to you too.

Been using the portable charger only for over 2 years, but on 240v. It just stopped working properly, so Rivian mobile gave me a new one.

Yes - same here. Was told by mobile service tech that a software fix is coming. However, my coolant was about half filled which may be impacting the conditions as well. The thresholds on heat were changed which may or may not be a good thing. Those thresholds may be why tge errors occur.

Really? That seems silly, but I don't think I would be surprised. The HV battery charges 12v while inverter runs?
