The current fee since 2022 was not 45 dollars for my Rivian. Don't have it in front of me, but the EV, plus Truck, plus vehicle weight attributes have it around $150/year.
Have a family of four here - the speed caps, but at like 10 megabits/sec once over 30 GB I think - still plenty for a tablet streaming for our kids, but no FPS gaming championships. Rivian's service will most likely do the same.

I like all the architectural and engineering changes that helped lower the cost and make things more efficient. That's why my gen1 $80k quad now probably costs $120k for gen2.
Had 21s from factory. Bought 20" rims, but kept the factory 21" overall diameter (33") by going with defender ms/2 at 275/60. Efficiency seems about the same by keeping the 33" overall diameter size despite a total lower weight per tire.
