Great, thanks for doing this. I am a maybe. FYI, Crown Point may be a mad-house on a Sat night and parking may be a challenge. As an option, Larch Mountain is 15 mi. away with more parking and a short hike to a great viewpoint. https://goo.gl/maps/hWjUXREhHumaiy5y7
Its nice to open the door to continue listen to my music when I'm getting ready for my activity (mt. biking). I can open the rear door, but its a bit cramped while I'm using the gear tunnel door as a seat...
I went from 60% to 55% in a week in shipping mode. I am running version 2023.10.2.
BTW, shipping mode must be manually shut off. I was able to access and drive my R1T it was just a little slow to unlock...
Looks like there might be one coming from Earth Roamer. Not gonna be cheap, though:

I find adaptive cruise control unusable in foul weather or fog. “Camera unavailable” appearing within a few minutes of engagement every time it’s wet, rainy or foggy. Standard cruise control is really missed in these scenarios.
First sub freezing day in Portland, OR. Mirrors did not unfold. I had to manually ”unstick” them before they returned to normal operation. FWIW, I had pre-warmed the R1T for at least 5 minutes.
Can anyone tell me what the temperature on the display is actually measuring? It says 106 deg. Fahrenheit. App now say “cabin is 104”. So, I presume is a cabin reading rather than a flawed outside temperature. Though, it would be nice to have a reading of the outside temperature display with...
Just returned from a short trip on a secondary highway. The R1Ts cruise control system (V2022.27.2) is intervening way to much. The truck brakes hard when there are cars parked along the highway and cars pulling out (even if I change lanes) or crossing the road ahead of me. I find it a...
I'm either too impatient or find that talking to computers highly irritating (usually slow and inaccurate). I also have the same challenge with self-checkout at the grocery store... : )
Its a design/safety issue. I don't want to go hunting for another option when I'm driving. One button to quickly cycle through the options can be learned. Just because you have the real estate on a big screen, doesn't mean its a good idea to fill it with lots of different buttons...
I would the the ”Auto” button for the HVAC cycle through the current alternatives plus a third: normal auto, manual and off (new). Otherwise I have to push the fan lower symbol a bunch of times to turn off. This would go well with the other suggestions about not cranking the hvac upon opening...
I’ll have to play with it again. The “your cabin is hot” message appears if I haven’t just completed a charging. But, with that message filling the screen, I didn’t see an obvious way to bypass it…
