tesla has it setup so you can long press the up/down button and a specific thing to adjust or a menu can come up. Rivian could let you customize a page or two of the left hand display and you could interact with it via a long press then roll up or down.

a good use for the drive camera is when parking in large garages I try to park where the camera can see a location sign. Then if I can’t find my car I check the camera. Worked with my Tesla and these cameras are better resolution so should work even better.

Yeah from a business standpoint you are right they should prioritize including them with new deliveries and marketing on that point. It’s not the most “just” way to do it but as a publicly traded company they are supposed to do their best to make money.
