Over the last three days, suddenly my R1S won't sleep. I can lock the doors, and they lock, but the air conditioning, music, door panel lights, and displays stay on.
I have checked there are no keys in the truck, no keys nearby, app killed and bluetooth of on my phone. No other paired phones...
The frunk liner is super easy to get out. I have had it in and out so many times now installing three different sets of lights and lighting controllers, frunk power outlets, water tank, horns and whatnot, that it is no more than a five minute job if I'm in no rush. May three if I had to hurry...
Now that you have proof of concept that this fixes you problem, I think it could be cleaner now by filling that gap with silicone for better color match.

NVX Sub, amp,, and line level converter.
Only one piece makes the interior removal hard, the forward top metal clip on the side panel. The lower portions at the front are no problem, the back...
Apparently you haven't used a current Honda native nav system. It is so impossible to use I can't even find my home address with it. I tried a couple times and finally gave up. It is completely unusable.
So I just replaced both horns with a Hella horn 400 hz pair mounted to the front left fender liner.
I left the original horn in place, just disconnected.
To simplify the wiring to both horns, I used this premade y-harness that had the correct Deutsch connector to the original Rivian connector...
