R1S 2023 Won't sleep

Over the last three days, suddenly my R1S won't sleep. I can lock the doors, and they lock, but the air conditioning, music, door panel lights, and displays stay on.

I have checked there are no keys in the truck, no keys nearby, app killed and bluetooth of on my phone. No other paired phones.

Door and hatches all closed tightly.

I removed the USB stick and all USB cords just to be sure.

No seatbelts are fastened and nothing is on the seats.

Multiple attempts at a sleep reset, multiple soft and multiple hard resets (never closer than multiple hours apart).

What else am I missing to try?

Call to support just suggested a service visit. Weird this has come out of the blue.

You could try to enter the service (RiDE) menu and see what the door closure statuses really say? Maybe a sensor failed and it thinks something is open when it's really not?

I'm sure you already checked camp mode. Sounds like it's time for a service appointment.

Could think there is still someone in the driver seat.

seems like it thinks everything is closed

the ecu screen has some modules in red but I am not sure if this is normal or not.

Sounds like it's time for a service ticket. In the mean time, you can try turning on Camp Mode and set things to "off". That should at least turn off the lights and HVAC system so it's not running aimlessly.
