FWIW, I called Rivian Financial Services (Chase) about this same question and the answer was no. Enjoy the new vehicle as you would! I know I'm going to drive the crap out of mine, I love driving so it's inevitable. If you aren't comfortable with the fee, take a break! It's a hell of a vehicle...

I hope the software team just adds High back on the drive mode mapping, and keep low as option. That article suggests otherwise.

FWIW, the mobile service tech knocked on my door each time he’s visited. Didn’t ring my door bell though. Always arrived on time as well.

SoC was well within upgrade requirements, at around 55%. Had a conversation with Rivian Service, uploaded screenshots and captured vehicle diagnostics. Waiting to hear back now.

Hard reset also confirmed the same results. Sport Mode in my image showes two Regen settings, they are Firm and Soft. Moderate is not an option.

Someone else confirmed High Regen should be present. They have a dual motor as well.

With the release of 2024.19.04, High Regen was removed from all drive modes in my vehicle. Anyone else seeing this? That was my assumption based off Riviantrackr’s video showing all three options on his Quad. I have a Performance Dual-Motor if that helps. Edit: “Rivian software team says this...

I no longer have the option for High Regen and I don’t see anywhere saying that feature had been removed as a drive mode? I tested all modes as well. Riviantrackr’s video had all three modes. Only difference is I have a DM vs. QM in his video.
