get something to wedge under the grille lip and the dash along the window. i used really thin rubber rolled up like you do when making tape rings to put up a piece of paper on fridge or wall or bulletin board. its working great.

IMO the challenge isn't just the time to get an appt. The bigger challenge, and one they can work to fix now, is drop off date to work being done on the vehicle. Vehicles should not site more than 2 days at the SC before being looked at/worked on.

The wife's S does this. I tried the slapping it to click back in thing and it didn't work. I ended up sticking small pieces of rubber pad between the grille and the dash along the window. This keeps it from bouncing and rattling. Service appt in Nov to fix.

I don't mind the week long wait to get the vehicle in if its minor stuff. I mind the fact that the SCs are having drop-off appts days, if not weeks, before the vehicle is even looked at. It does NOBODY any good to have a driveable vehicle sit on the SC lot. It costs Rivian money in rentals...

You don't carry any pre price hike charity with you when switching to dual. I think the only thing you gain is just being a longer term reservation so maybe fulfillment sooner.

I think your experience has more to do with the S vs T suspension settings and less to do with tires. We have S and T. S with 22s, T with 20s. I actually think the T's suspension in auto/soft is too stiff. The S is definitely more bouncy overall but again I think thats because the suspension...

Saw this on the R1S yesterday during the day. Garage gets to 90ish degrees in summer. Will see if the R1T experiences the same thing when I charge later.
