Am I the only one who’d like to see a change in the time portion of the Rivian App?
This is what I see:
Rivian R1T R1S App Charging Session Info Time? 1690470939367

It took me 11hr 46 min to add 78 miles (39 kWh)… except it didn’t. The vehicle was connected to a charger for 11hr 46 min but it was only charging for 6 hours. At least I hope it was charging for 6 hours to take advantage of super off-peak rates but with the info above I have no idea.

With all that white space, I’d love to see this Session Overview changed to something like this:
Connected July 26, 8:08pm - July 27, 7:55am (11hr 46 min)
Charging July 27, 12:00am - July 27, 6:00am (6hr 0 min)
Added 78 miles (39 kWh)

Would anyone else find a more descriptive summary useful?

110% agree. I even know the data presents that way but had a moment of "oh crap" thinking my wife's charging schedule wasn't working and we were sucking in higher cost electrons.

Are you using an L2 charger from 240v or 110v? 78 miles in almost 12 hours is very slow. We have an L2 at home (Lectron 32a....not using the Rivian charger) and I charged last night starting at 9 pm with 65 miles on the truck and by the time my wife left at 7:45 this morning (almost 11 hours) we were at 285 miles.

This is exactly my point: the data they are showing doesn’t give us the information we need. It didn’t spend almost 12 hours actually charging and delivering power to the vehicle. It spent almost 12 hours connected to a charger (from the time I plugged in at night to the time I unplugged in the morning), but it only spent at most 6 hours charging. It’s a maximum of 6 hours charging since my daily schedule is midnight to 6:00 a.m.

I have no idea how much time it really spent charging the vehicle to get those 39 kWh. That’s why I’d like to see the session info in that screen shot improved to show something like this instead:
Connected July 26, 8:08pm - July 27, 7:55am (11hr 46 min)
Charged July 27, 12:00am - July 27, 6:00am (6hr 0 min)
Added 39 kWh (78 miles)

To answer your question, I have a 240V 32a L2 charger.

That is what I figured. Thanks for clarifying
