Sadly I've emailed and messaged them several times on social media and email and never got a reply. Really bad first impression. I'm going with Prinsu for my rack.
There was a service bulletin (not a recall) for some trucks where they put new fasteners on the rear drive train using the old fasteners torque specs and needed to make sure they were torqued down. May be worth looking into, as they had to check mine.
I've also noticed when accelerating...
Anyone have any experience with this company? They're creating a new front and back bumper for the R1T but search didn't find anything on the forums. I'd gladly offer up my R1T as a research vehicle for them if I could find a way.
Wondering if anyone knows about their build quality, etc...
I had the same issue with their labor rates through Travellers, but they let me take the car while they settled it and I never heard another peep. Either they're playing a game over pricing or someone doesn't know what they're doing over there.
Did you need to extend the leads for connecting to 12v or could you just crimp a connector on the end? I've been too lazy to pull the panels off to check wire placement so far.
I was told by local service center that mobile service can change the tire size, but if you take it to a service center they can recalibrate the cameras for the difference in ride height. Mobile service can't do that.
No, this is for new orders. You can walk away from your deposit if you really want the $3k, but this is to incentivize new orders, not make current orders even better.
Not sure why this is even a question.
So there’s a spacer there you remove, which is threaded opposite of a normal screw, so it’s righty loosey lefty tighty, which the instructions don’t make clear when they tell you to remove the bolt.
once I found that out it came out really easy.
Random, but how’d you get the frunk tub spacer out where you mounted the bracket? Trying to do this without removing the whole frunk tub, as that seems excessive, and I can’t get this spacer out. Almost seems like it’s glued to the metal.
Nice. I'm so drained after my work week that my light bar and ditch lights have just been sitting on the floor since I got them. One day I'll have the energy....
