When viewing batteries look at the rear left corner(which is passenger side) Dual batteries have all black wire. Single with capacitor have red cap on that wire.

Another use case is a large RV with a lot of solar. Or any cabin, off-grid, etc setup with a large solar setup. When building it instead of hardwiring the solar to fixed batteries/inverter could buy an ecoflow. Then use the ecoflow to add some range to a Rivian or power the RV/etc.

It wouldn't charge an AGM battery to proper voltages. If in a real pinch - like camping and needed every mile of range, I'd be fine doing it for a few days. For longer solution you can get a 3amp battery tender for as little as $20.

It was explained to me primary controls locks/infotainment and drivers side while secondary controls passenger side and some others ECU. Someone else might know more exactly.
