It is quite a bit less dense. Check even Wikipedia. Repairs on UG lines is more expensive than OHU’s. Not sure where you are getting your “facts.”
Modesta puts their own lifespan of 3-10 years. I’m assuming it wears off when used sort of like RainX. No way I’d be paying that kind of money to reapply every few years. Now I love the vinyl but I’m also very worried about the lifespan on that. In my hot af Florida sun I expect it to start...
This is roughly 20 million sqft. Average Amazon center is less than 10% of that.
I do feel a little bad for the residents but this project should mostly help their property values.
focus of anyone upset should be the tax incentive package. Georgia has a reputation of throwing cash at any...
Panel gaps and non-working rear climate control isn’t proprietary info when these deliveries are being counted by the manufacturer as customer deliveries.
Source code, of course. If there were M-plate mules yes too. But as customer vehicles, no and in any event a CA is between two parties, not a...
Asking this thread to be deleted is absurd. Would be like asking the news media to refuse to cover Stormy Daniels in 2016. The CA is between the employer and employee not us as general population. Now if prop source code had been posted then that reasonably would be subject to censorship but...
Just remember that employees are under a CA for non-positive comments and receive a subsidy on truck purchase.
btw, I’m a Rivian fan and launch deposit holder but I’m also a fan of sunshine.
Are you implying there is a higher demand for large over max if someone has the choice? Lol. Majority are large because it’s the one being released first...
I’d like a max pack but let’s be honest, if they had it ready they probably would have started with max. there is a supply issue, design issue and/or a margin issue.
the doing “extra” is eating cost increases that everyone has been seeing across pretty much all industries.
Cost wasn’t it for me. It was just that it was certain to add an extra 12 months to order. I was honestly hoping they would do max first as that would be my preference but oh well.
Yoir
I think you’re forgetting the 100% bonus depreciation that gets you to $51,800 for 2020. Presumably a bit more for 2022, when we take delivery. I think this is the realistic cap but welcome anyone telling me differently. Also, I’m pretty sure the truck must be titled in the business name...
That’s not a correct interpretation. Placed in service is the only hangup if someone is planning to buy and flip the thing but as long as you take title and register it you should be fine.
I fully support Rivian doing a slow release to get out the kinks to lessen the Tesla like photos/complaints we all saw about panel gaps and water in taillights. That said, I’m very curious to start seeing metrics of service claims. Employee/family cars won’t track accurately but consumer...
I don’t like the gag on social media postings at the moment either but I sort of get it as we should all be honest to admit that they are essentially using employees for extended beta testing. I just with Rivian would be honest about this method themselves.
