A lot of times this is a result of either the plug not being completely seated into the adapter or the adapter not being completely seated into your receptacle. I had this problem three or four times with the A2Z adapter until it got a little broken in.

Yeah, this has become a giant thorn in my side too. I'm constantly on the volume control now, because songs vary from barely hearable to earsplitting.

The white probably keeps it cooler in the summer, though.

One of the things I found out pretty quickly was that a lot of problems are cured with a reboot (or even just letting the vehicle go to sleep overnight). Always try that first. Glad you’re enjoying your truck!
