I have the same problem, someone needs to 3D print a replacement that holds up better. I’d rather have a sturdier untethered/easy to replace cap than the crappy tethered OEM caps. </0.02>
This isn’t just Brooklyn, it’s endemic to Rivian’s “hot potato” general customer service model. There’s no one POC for anything, and even more so now that the guides are no more (if you could even ever consider them to be a SPOC).
I mention this on every customer survey I get, but they don’t...
The truck has 18.5K miles on it. I had snows on for about 1K or so of that. I’m estimating I have a month or two before the wear bars are even with the “tread”.
