They can re-code the tire size via a mobile appointment. Ask me how I know.
In terms of the battery “size”, Rivian can probably limit the (available) capacity of a max pack OTA if they decided that they wanted to.
Early on, “battery change stations” were part of Tesla’s MO, and IIRC they demonstrated one where the battery change was pretty quick (5-10 minutes or something like that). But since they were already rolling in CARB credits they didn’t really need to continue pursuing that course.

I went to Rennstand’s website today to look for an update on the Rivian-specific stand. Not only was there no update, but all their products were showing as “out of stock”.
I have a nut or something rattling around in my driver-side rear door. I’m going to ask the mobile tech to take a look when he comes to drain the water out of my front driver side door.
Maybe it’s even 10mm.
BLUF, IMHO there should always be a manual/mechanical release for power locks, whether that be people/cargo doors, charging hatches, etc. & this is a huge legal & safety issue on Rivian’s part.
This could’ve been a much bigger issue if say, the vehicle had to be towed across state lines into a...
I’d suggest that the ranges in your poll are too wide… I pay just over $0.11/kWh, that’s a lot different than the “high end” of my bracket at $0.20.
Also suggest you add an option to note if you have Solar to further offset the cost.
