We're in a similar situation. Our guide learned that PBAs don't go out until a VIN has been matched to your preorder, so that may be the reason for the window changes.

It shouldn't be an issue, just let your guide know ahead of delivery that you want a specific plate so they can have the proper form. We put the State Parks plate on our previous new car when at the dealership. Just had to let them know, they got the right form, we paid the fee and then a few...

We just had our initial Guide contact today, too. Sounded like our vehicle is either just produced or on the line being made. Looking at 4-6 wks. Seems like things are picking up for the area! Hope others here are about to get the nod as well.

About a week ago I was in MSP in line behind a couple Rivian employees flying out of MN so I'm sure they were in state for a reason. I've also recently heard that the St Louis Park service center is more or less ready to go for March/April deliveries. So, good news for MN and western WI.
