I've actually given up on the phone as a key because of this issue. My phone used to last almost 2 days, now I'm lucky if I get 12 hours with the rivian app running. It even happened when I was on the other side of the country from my truck, constant battery drain till I force closed the app.

So I actually got this update when in for service and it solved all my hood problems so far.

2022.7.3 fixed the front trunk not opening consistently. It might do a couple other minor things but I think that's the only major one

Fronts no, rears i don't know. The rears can be removed but not sure about adjusted. They are pretty hard to remove though.

Parking brake seems to be automatic. If you put it in park you'll actually hear it engage on the rear wheels. Alexa settings are under settings and apps i think, some where in there. I use mostly all purpose, i tried conserve on the freeway but our freeways suck and i hit one of the earth...

When you shift into reverse the reverse plus birds eye comes on automatically. When you shift into drive the screen goes away. NOW, if you select the cameras BEFORE you shift into reverse it will show you the backup and birdseye and when you shift in to drive it will show birdseye and forward...

21 miles, the person who delivered said the minimum the DMV would let them put is 100. Not sure if that's true or why but whatever.

Yes, you can do it from anywhere. You aren't allowed to select heat or cold though. I know I saw someone else in cold weather and the screen said warm the cabin up.

Other current owners... Do you feel the throttle response in reverse needs to be refined? I find I don't give it enough or to much almost every time.

It's very polarizing... I love the Rivian blue but seeing them side by side, I like the Mach-E blue a little more. My wife and friend told me they like the Rivian blue more though side by side. To each their own i guess
