I asked support the same question, he said the light bar should have been caught

Turns out I have two issues... FM doesn't work and the rear light bar doesn't work. No red when the lights are on and no green when the truck is charging. Seems like a harness is bad or not plugged in right

Yeah FM only, truck doesn't have AM. Spotify and Tune in work fine

Delivery went good and everything is great. My FM doesn't work at all though. Did a screen and vehicle reset and nothing. Guess I got my first service call ready

I take delivery Saturday. I was able to schedule it this morning.

Just logged and noticed step 6 is fixed for me but step 5 still shows pending the front of the lender check. They are getting it delivered this morning though so if that's not proof enough i'm not sure what is :)

I was able to unlock that yesterday and get everything done. It was only later in the night that step 6 said incomplete.

My step six still shows as incomplete even though I did it. I was able to schedule delivery for this Saturday though!

Yeah Certified check would work but capital one makes that a bit harder then wire. According to capital one the wire transfer went out same day, i'm just waiting for my third party loan docs to upload and then i should get a delivery date.

FYI ACH didn't work for me because the account names have to match (one of my accounts is a living trust). If you are having the same issue you'll have to pay via Wire Transfer

I also got my 8 steps today, guess they are doing them in batches! Currently in process
