I can't speak specifically for the R1S, but on the R1T with the rear seat belt permanently plugged in (car seat in my case), the alarm will not work and IT MIGHT increase vampire load.

I'm curious, has anyone tried to max the speed out on drift mode or rally mode? I'm curious since those are "offroad" modes maybe it will bump it up, doubtful but maybe.
I once charged at an EA station and it had a bent pin or something that caused the charging cable on the rivian side to push out of the back of the harness. Once this happened the truck was stranded and had to be towed.
Since then i've checked every plug i've used first.
So it's a mixed bag here. If you have car seats installed with the seat belts in the rear seats then the heater, audio, etc inside the truck WILL turn off when you lock it and won't cause any massive drain.

I've gotten two rock chips that needed to be filled since March. In my other 8 previous cars over 25 years of driving I've only had 1 other rock chip in a windshield.
Granted some of that is luck but I've taken some pretty big debris hits on both my VWs and volvos with no cracks or anything...
