Some videos did make Catalina Cove look bright. I was disappointed to see it in person that it was so dark. Almost black. Here is another video when the same vehicle passed us up later in the day.

Next to my Rivian Blue R1T in Edwards CO. The Catalina Cove is darker than I thought. The R2 is bigger than I imagined Rivian owned test vehicle. VIN 23. Employee out driving it to track up some miles.

That is exactly how I’ve done it a bunch of times. I stick to lower speed roads though, no freeway for me.

Three year owner here. I’ve found them very responsive and quick to complete work once it is in the shop. Getting an open appointment slot can take awhile but overall I’m very happy. I’ve had no major issues in 3 years and 90,000 miles.

I chose Catalina Cove. I did not like it at all on the R3 prototype but I think it was the orange wing mirrors that bugged me. Took awhile to get past that bias on the R2 but now I like that color

I’m a very early R2 reservation holder and a very early R1 delivery customer. No survey. A friend who is a later R2 reservation holder did get one.
