How do you hear from them? Email? Pop up on 8 steps? Phone call from guide? Service center? Illinois? SoCal? May be doing less screening to VM of random calls next few weeks ?

I agree there is an absolute weight limit for everything. From some vids, seems like the actiontrax have some rep for being good with heavyweight vehicles. Yeah, the Rivian-branded Maxtrax are their $500/pair "extreme" line. Was hoping to spend a little less if possible...

Was shopping for recovery boards for incoming R1T, came to find that the MaxTrax have a 7500# weight limit while the ActionTrax doesn't have a weight limit. Anyone running with these? Are the holes similar to MaxTrax for mounting? USA made, so has that going for it in my book too.
