Yes we were in the highest setting for most of the time. You are right that is also probably a contributing factor to the roughness compared to on the way back then I switched back to All Purpose mode. Any idea if it’s bad for the suspension to ride in the highest setting (limited to 20mph)?

I got the 22" XTM AT on my Range Wheels and just did a pretty decent off-road trip to Shuteye Peak in Sierra National Forest. They performed much better than I could ever dream. 0 issues. Range loss is minimal. Noise - I can't feel any difference, but the ride comfort has gone up very sensibly.
