My Rivian stopped charging at 6:06 pm yesterday. I just checked it at 2:32 pm today and I lost 3%. Proximity on. Gear Guard off. 50°F in my garage.

I know what the release notes advised, but to be perfectly honest I haven't noticed a difference.

What has been stated by Rivian to indicate they won't?

No doubt. I wasn't speaking to timeliness or quality of service, only commenting why the other poster may have described it currently as a cost center.

1) The service requirements for an EV are drastically different than an ICE vehicle. 2) As Rivian is a new brand, the vast majority of work is going to be warranty based.

I don't think so, but I will listen more carefully next time I head out. I do believe that I was referring to something completely different (my random clunk is probably more of a thud) from this thread if that's the case. If it helps, I am in the VIN 12XXX range.

I use Spotify because I have a subscription and it is what I primarily used in prior vehicles.

Question: For those that don't have the spare kit, are you sure it isn't just the divider sliding around where the spare would be? The one in my Rivian isn't secured and I assumed the rare instances in which I heard any clunk noise it was that. I may remove it and see if I still hear anything.

Post corrected. It is indeed only necessary to turn my screen on. The phone doesn't need to be unlocked.
