I think @Morrow_19 was saying that he was straight hard wiring, getting away from NEMA plug. That's what I did and it works well. Good call on 6 gauge and 60A breaker. Also, I didn't use ground fault as can trip often. If your electrician put in a breaker with GFCI, you probably need to...

@superfluid wow, thanks again. I've been driving around with your prior recommendations in my Merid R1T. Those settings sound tinny to me as do these settings. My untrained ears must be used to cheap boombox bass sounds. I'll keep trying to get accustomed to these settings.
