That what my Bolt does and I don't like it. I'd prefer to be able to set it in the app, as on a cold morning I may want a different temperature than on a hot afternoon.
As someone who uses Google Assistant daily, I'm a bit sad that I'll have to give my data to Amazon too. At least Alexa is about as good as Google Assistant. If we had to rely on Siri we'd never get anywhere.
Polestar is amazing. So thoughtfully built, and Android Automotive is amazing. I wish it were in more cars. Really makes the Tesla I test drove feel like an econobox. Unfortunately I don't think I can justify an optioned out Polestar and a Rivian. Maybe some day.
I'm currently GW/OC. Liking the light and airy feel with the roof glass. I'd definitely consider limestone if we ever see it. I think that would go well with OC as well. I'm slightly hesitant about the greyness of OC, but I really like that light wood in the dash.
Bohemian Rhapsody, or Under Pressure. Freddie Mercury can pop my speaker's cherry any day. Also, these are my daughter's favorites at the moment (she's 4)
I'd be especially happy if I could send routes and locations from Google Maps to the app and have that route up on my screen when I get in the truck...
Yes, and I was hoping Rivian would too. AFAIK they aren't though. It will be interesting to see what kinds of apps we will be able to pull up on the main screen, but I don't imagine Google Maps will be one of them.
I was also pleasantly surprised. Considering the others have at least one solid axle, this independent system did very well. My only concerns will be the unknown durability. He did mention that everything is aluminum several times, but he didn't make it clear whether this was a concern for him...
Based on my test drive, you can keep the rear view camera on whenever you want for an additional rear view. Obviously this limits your ability to use the screen for anything else...
