All good mate, just teaching ya the ropes of the forum. We all speak in 5xxx or 9xxx around these parts hahaha
That being said, I'm picking up a 10xxx R1S in a few weeks (in transit), just to give you comparison on VIN number that is currently being output.
Few misconceptions I'm seeing here that I think need clarifying.
1. A price on a bidding site at 90k or 94k means the out the door price is 94.5k-98.5k because of the buyers fee of 4.5% (or site max), roughly on par with base price (not considering taxes) on a vehicle. So they are still selling...
Mate, the part that matters is what you blanked out haha. Are you a 3xxx or 9xxx vehicle, curious if it's an earlier build that sat on the lot at the factory or a recent build

I read one guys post somewhere (can't recall if Facebook, here or Reddit) and he said that his installer told him he has to daily clean off bugs from the PPF/Ceramic because they will fuse into it and become part of the PPF. The guy said he literally cleans the front of his car on daily basis...
What’s your vin roughly? Curious if for example you have 3xxx or 9xxx vehicle and how that stacks with others having panel/paint issues to see if they have not improved or yours was an earlier vehicle and they did not do proper QC afterward on it
Called customer service about that, "limited time" piece means that the cars can be there for a limited time and get snagged up, not that you will lose access to the overall page after a week or two or whatever set time.
On the note of the store, I feel like I sniped the ultimate spec this past...
Hi all, snagged one from the R1 shop, 103xx vin, don’t know when it was built, forgot to ask the guide. It’s currently sitting in Normal waiting for transit to our service center.

To clarify for all and confirm my understanding: This does not change the eligibility for the credit for people with a binding purchase agreement signed pre 8/15/2022, correct? We are still able to take full 7,500 credit by amending 2022 returns and placing the car in service as of the BPA?
